No Entitlements must be met but apart from that the employers prerogaative to cease trading if they wish and no the assets won't be siezed if they have paid out workers entitlements . Often pay some redundancy here although not law , doubt that happens in Russia .
But Russia has gone WAY past entitlements they are taking ALL assets , and not for the workers , for the government .
