...the markets are NOT correcting!
What a recoverty on the DOW last night. 200 point rebound to fininsh even. If ever the markets were going to correct going into a widely speculation Fed CUT meeting, it was going to be last night. But biy, didnt the buying return. Markets will gap up tonight, and will rally for the next 5-7 days in speculation and then confirmation of a 25 bp Fed rate cut. If the Fed drop by 50-bp (wouldnt surprie me; they did last time when similarily noone expected them to), the markets will rally 350 points again post-announcement.
AAR will get some excellent news within days - qrtly has 5 trading days to be released - and will rally hard. If 11 is cleared, next stop is 13. If 13 is cleared, blue-sky.
Gold back up $10 to $764 by-the-way!
