    Ironically, NATO is expanding because of Putin. These smaller nation are afraid of him, you didn't see what he did in Georgia were he bombed his own residential building within Russia to start an invasion, you didn't see what he did to Ukraine 8 years ago when he took Crimea???
    And NO, Russia isn't concern with the expansion of NATO, Putin is concern of losing his grip on power.
