Welcome to the mind of a deluded conspiracy theorist and complete fantasist. Just as Nuland only has to hand out cookies to get hundreds of thousands of people marching through streets, so 'Samantha Power' only has to visit Georgia to have the entire country joining in protest movements against a 'Russian-style law'. This is the kind of nonsensical fantasy that Putin and the Kremlin push, and they just need enough unhinged 'useful idiots' in the West to believe it.
What propaganda-mongers like street propagandist seeks to do is rob millions of people of their agency and their dignity. They are not patriots standing up for democratic rights and essential freedoms, they are an ocean of brainwashed puppets, easily manipulated by some cookies or even the mere presence of someone in their country. It is totally disrespectful and shameful to categorise people in this way, to rubbish and impugn the motivations of courageous people who are being brutalised and attacked by the instruments of state power.
