I think Biden is a raging lunatic, but others are probably calling the shots.

Even so overruling a pro-European decision in Georgia, threatening sanctions, where the Georgian parliament proposing to do what they have done in USA as well as elsewhere is a signal to Russia, they are wasting their time, USA elite is tyrannical .

If I am Russia, ignore the elite and global elite the conflict has to continue and really just hope the people make smarter decisions about their leaders.

I cannot see Russia accepting US interference in the Georgian parliament. Not exactly sure how they are going to counter it but they cannot remain idle anymore about it
