    US can afford what they can afford and russia can't because their economy is piddling

    never said the US doesn't project power or seek influence - I admitted they did

    they just don't co-erce like russia do

    consider the examples I gave of allies choosing to not be allies or having independant policies - I notice you're doing you rbest to ignore them
    we have Lavrov in Mexico at present which US clearly has no great problem with
