The sanctions on Iran(also a Petro Economy) has been going for 4 decades but it has
not set it broke yet. IMO oil like dope is a very lucrative product and those addicted will get
it (at a price) by "Hook or by Crook". Venezuela is a different kettle of fish because it was
entirely dependant on mostly US multinationals for extraction.
IMO, now that Russia is on the "outside" in the oil market, it will pour Billions into Venezuela
and feed the 3rd world with oil for cash
