Russia have run out of ammunition and missiles...........

Nobody has said this. Some Russian's are saying themselves that they are experiencing 'shell hunger' and ammunition shortages, though this could be due to logisitical issues or internal politics in some instances. Russia is clearly burning through stocks of precision missiles faster than they can be replaced.

Their economy has been sanctioned into massive failure...............

Nobody has said this. What has been said is that the Russian economy is clearly suffering, and Putin and the Russian central bank are doing their best to shore it up, including using 'smoke and mirrors'.

How many air defense units do you think Russia has? 5? They have plenty of these units, they are posing as a 'military superpower' after all.
