He claimed he was driven out of Kiev, for fear of his life. And this happened shortly after he and the opposition parties had agreed to a deal to hold early elections. Now, even if you believed he wasn't driven out of Kiev. He was still in Ukraine at the time (he was in Donbas who were his main supporters). And he had ONLY left Kiev 24 hours ago. How does that constitute abandonment of his office? He was still in Ukraine and his Ministers were still in Kiev and still carrying out their Constitutional duties. Not only that, but they voted on a Saturday - 24 hours after he left Kiev and a few hours after demanding Yanukovych to resign as President via phone, which he refused. So Yanukovych was still carrying out his Constitutional duty as President when he was in the Donbas. Nonetheless, can you show the Constitutional Law that the opposition parties had used to remove him from office. Go on. The truth is: there was none. They (Opposition parties) had made the whole sheeet up. And even when they tried to get the votes, they still fell 10 votes short (338 votes required, but received 328 votes received). So how could it be Constitutionally Legal? It wasn't. It was an outright coup!!!
