    Biden is an obstacle to Russian and Chinese territorial ambitions BECAUSE they know traditional Western alliances will hold together with Biden in the chair.

    There is a risk to Putin that the "West" could under promise and over deliver in terms of "response" to any further Russian incursion into Ukraine

    Putin and Xi support Trump because they both know many traditional US allies won't follow a Trump lead of incoherent chaos and constant mood swings.
