India needs weapons to defend itself from china. Russia is in no shape to supply any as India has just said Putin has failed to provide aircraft as expected. With Putin and Xi and their “BFF” relationship, India would need to ask where will any serious help come from in any potential clash with china. An opportunity to force a wedge between India and Russia for the West to exploit.
