I disagree on that one Till. I have experienced the one when exactly that made country to surrender. Over 1000 aircraft carried out 38000 combat missions in 78 days. Over 2300 missiles fired and over 14000 bombs dropped. My post was in support to @Okceg and his comment that the Russians could have inflicted a lot more destruction last year, which would have resulted in a dramatic increase in casualties and civilian infrastructure damage. They didn’t.
