NATO won't put boots on the ground unless (possibly) if putin were to use a nuke
not going to happen

certainly is more a war of attrition than anything at the moment but Ukraine has been taking back ground prior to winter , russia has made minor gains over winter and we will be informed based on how successful the Ukrainian counter offesnive is in late spring if it continues as a war of attrition or if Ukraine can make significant gains of territory ....as they did in Autumn last year .

this IS the obvious answer which doen't need to involve any bias ....by mid summer we should know more , putin is starting to show interest in peace ...he's anticipating , I believe , losing territory and hence losing bargaining power ..... russia has had their innings , lets see how Ukraine bat .
