USA banks are almost bankrupt. Debt is piling up on US government and acceptability of US$ is on a steep fall and you still think USA is still the boss of the world. German realized what USA is doing to them and refused to give more tanks to Ukraine. Russia is also weak as they HAD TO fight this war for their safety. China may be decades behind in propaganda, however they did not invade outher countries and as a result they are most powerful now.
