Dum dum that means he ABANDONED his duties Feb 21. The fact he wasn’t able to get out until Feb 24 isn’t the issue.

TV appearance in Ukraine or not, he had already gave up his position.

The issue is he abandoned his duties and fled. That sparked his removal. Not any US coup. If he actually stayed, he could’ve fought it, but he left and never returned.
