No doubt some of the fires in Russia are natural, or accidents, or insurance jobs etc, but when you see how many enlistment offices, government buildings, air bases etc, there is clearly an element of sabotage as well.
Regarding your first sentence, if you're going to argue this you at least need to be giving dates to your photos.
Regarding your final sentence, out of interest who is the "we", and with whom are we at war?
