I think this war is now in a stalemate.

Neither side has the firepower and resources for an outright victory.

Ukraine would have been defeated if not for the aid from the West, the modern equipment and some training
has kept them in the war.

Russia's military complex and weapons are old and run down.
The quality of the training of their soldiers is poor.

This war could grind on for a long time.
