@Cosmoterios - Unfortunately Scholz is not Merkel - he is a colourless bureaucrat, an apparatchik, insecure in his new job - probably elected because no danger to anyone . . . . Europe - not just Germany - needs Russian Gas - the gall of Biden will eventually wake up Europeans to the true motivation of the U.S.A. - so far they are only dealing with all the human spillage from useless wars of NATO, all instigated by the U.S.
I hope Europe will have the backbone to eventually have their own army and will no longer have to follow NATO willy-nilly into all their ill-advised and losing ventures.
