Ukraine has accepted whatever destruction occurrs but doesn't look like giving up

Russia has stalled it's advance and had needed to do MUCH more than it has in a month
morale low and costing heaps to maintain the military while sanctions bite and public opinion at home I imagine must inevitably lose entusiasm for war

Putin desperately needs to find some way out of this mess
