To cut to the chase I suppose in asking that question you'd really need to be able to demonstrate how and when they interfered and destabilised. At the same time I suppose you'd also need to ask yourself the question over the extent of Putin's involvement in those events given Yanukovych's 'connection' with Putin and events subsequent.
