for a start he said "much" not "most "
then he went on to taqlk about russian submariners - hardly relevant to what's happening in Ukraine is it but that is the impression this guy seems to want to project
as part of that specch he said this ...which was cherry picked out .......

so by all means quote the good general but don't misquote and read all he said .
