    Putin is recklessly and dangerously doing both.

    I would've thought having any fighting military equipment or explosives anywhere near a nuclear reactor was reckless and dangerous behavior putting us all at risk of a nuclear catastrophe, but I guess if it is Putin doing it there are some exceptions.

    Ready to criticise his behaviour yet?
