I just don't see how the Ukrainians are able to plant thousands of kilos of TNT on the damn without kicking out the Russians first. Cause that's what you're going to need to level a damn of that size from where I'm sitting. Not that I'm an expert or anything. An independent investigation is needed, but I don't think the Russians will provide access. Not like they did with the downing of MH17, which Dutch prosecutors found out to be shot down by a Russian BUK. But sure, the Russians are totally trustworthy.
