    Yeah, lot's of maybes.

    For now, I'll lean towards employing Occam's razor.

    No reports of artillery or missile strikes.

    Russia holds the dam.

    Russia hasn't released CCTV of the attack as yet.

    Russia is known to have mined the dam.

    Happy to change my thoughts if new information arises.
