months of a predicted counteroffensive , the Ukraine's
advances have been minimal.

They have the HIMARS
They have the Leopard and US tanks
They have the best war surveillance & advice
that the US can supply or that the US can buy.

Yet Russia still controls a significant share of the Ukraine.

I will believe that the Ukraine is making appreciable progress
when they break through to the Sea of Above and split
the Russian occupying forces....otherwise its a load of
hot air...IMO.

Russian forces control 14% of Ukraine. That is not a “significant share”. Ukraine still firmly controls 86% of their territory, that would be seen as a “significant share”.
