Due to sanctions there is nothing foreign from the west to buy except on the black market but it's nothing that you would consider a necessity..... Russia is self sufficient for food and energy. Only non essential items will be more expensive.

Iran is not self sufficient for food.

Venezuela economy doesn't have the food and military hardware and diverse materials exports and relies on US to buy it's oil.... China is a land neighbour to the Russian Federation and is hungry for raw materials and willing to be a transit country for profit
