You can continue trying to cloud the issue and deflect all you like but the fact remains to date you're yet to provide any evidence or support for your very specific claim ie the protests commencing in late 2013 were initiated by US financed NGO's'...the nub of the issue/exchange.
I put to you that in fact the protests were the result of and in reaction to Yanukovych's sudden and unexpected decision to renege on the EU deal and that he did that under pressure from Putin.
It seems most accounts and analysis of the events and circumstances of the period support that proposition which you're apparently in complete denial of.
