Three people have now been reported dead in an overnight Russian missile strike on an industrial facility in Poltava.
Earlier, authorities said two people had been killed and a further two were missing.
Interior minister Ihorn Klymenko said those killed were workers at the industrial facility.
Five other people were injured and another person was unaccounted for, he said.
A fourth person was killed in shelling on the village of Sadove, in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The 63-year-old woman died in the attack at about 10.40am this morning.
The Ukrainian military said Russia had launched four missiles from the Black Sea overnight, two of which were shot down.
