The Ukie Gov't and the West do not count the Ukie deaths at all Pot's, they just throw meat towards the Russians in the hopes of some sort of victory somewhere and celebrate the fact that they took a village that used to house less than 500 people as a Victory despite it costing them 3000 dead troops in the process along with multiple millions of Western equipment as well.
