The morning of Feb 22nd Yanukovych could not be located and did not advise his whereabouts (why was he hiding? Someone intending to stay doesn’t hide their plans or whereabouts)

Yanukovych’s plane was stopped by border guards from departing Ukraine territory on Feb 22nd (someone intending to stay doesn’t try to leave the country)

Yanukovych had pre-arranged with associates to make his escape look like a normal trip (someone intending to stay doesn’t need to pre-arrange anything “look” like something else).

Ukraine voted to remove Yanukovych on Feb 22nd (based on the previous points, it’s obvious to everyone but those useful Putin idiots that he had abandoned his presidency)

Yanukovych entered Russia on Feb 24th with Putins help (meaning he made more than one attempt to escspe, soneone intending to stay doesn’t try to escape multiple times)

In May mere months after Yanukovych abandoned his presidency and fled Ukraine, Ukraine kept their end of the deal and held early free and fair elections

It’s irrelevant that Yanukovych was physically still in Ukraine, his actions AND intentions were crystal clear. Ask Yanukovych what he did if it was LEGAL. He’s the one who abandoned his presidency and fled the country.
