Ukraine most certainly does realise the scale of its war casualties. They live with the grief and the injuries every day.
My best guess is that Ukraine may have lost 150,000 KIA and 300,000 WIA. This equates to about half of the Putinist losses. Some may put the scale such numbers to the back of their minds for now.
In addition to military losses, Putin murdered at least 20,000 civilians in Melitopol alone.
The Ukrainians must keep fighting to remain free from the yoke of Putin's corrupt communo-fascism. Ukrainians don't have a choice. Putin's daily war crimes and complete indifference to human life validates individual decisions to keep fighting IMO.
