The only problem is, Ruzzia has vast quantities of equipment compared to Ukraine. Going after the airfields with cheap drones is great! It will draw in more air defense systems but a swarm of drones should easily overcome that.
If or when Abrams & F-16 arrive in Ukraine, that should really make the Russian's start to squirm. I think it's all about timing too. It will not be popular for PooTin to continue conscripting his citizen to die in Ukraine during an election.
