Spell out why the Russians cannot win a modern war. Russian top to bottom command structure and drunkardness are the reasons Russians have not won a one-on-one war since Japan beat them in 1905. Top man so confident with the dodgy info fed by the ministers ordered them to take parade uniforms with them and no one dare question him.

Seems it got even worse with the recent mauling of Prigozyn. There is no place for nationalists and patriots in Russia now. Its a Putinist or in pieces in Russia. Putin is said to be resisting military requests for mobilisation probably out of fear that a stronger military could rise up against him. Larger army means more ideas with more Popov's, Surovikin's , Girkins and even Prigozyn's. Only way forward for Putin is to drag the war as long as he can as the end of it will be the end for him and Putin knows it too well.
