I certasinly will dwell on it ....you can't just make up a lie and then expect people to leave it when it's exposed and you are still defending it .
You just dislike facts that rove you wrong ....you like the lie instead .

For the whole country 17.1% ethnic russians based on a national census which is quite reliable .
