I believe the source was originally Kyiv/Zelenskyy.
There are some simple observations shown on the video, you don't need any news organisations to explain them, nor should you immediately dismiss as a 'conspiracy theory' (as convenient as that is).
    1. The shadow on bonnet (I am most skeptical of this point).
    2. The sound seeming to come from behind the direction we are looking at (ie: coming from the north-west). [my understanding is that Stormshadow speed is approximately the same as the speed of sound]
    3. The 2 people turning to look at the sky the instant the explosion occurs (ie: they are turning to look to the north-west).
Now all you have to do is look at where the town is located in relation to Ukrainian/Russian positions.

The news would not pick this up, because they are downplaying Ukrainian attacks on civilians. Youtube for example, strikes against accounts talking about such incidents (even when confirmed and geolocated, they are not allowed). My guess is that they are trying to keep the masses against Russia, and it has been working.
The above video should put doubt in any reasonable person's mind... I hope.
