Nope.
The oilfields controlled by the Kurdish led forces in North Syria aren't huge and are in the state of repair you would expect after decades of war.
Under multilayers of political complexity the Northern Administration (supported by the US) and the Assad Government (supported by Russia) collaborate when its in their mutual interests to do so.
My expectation is that the Kurds have continued to sell or barter some oil to the Assad government.
