I assume you read the response from the 1c army to rexys post.
Better wording is US, EU, NATO created circumstances for invasion despite putins efforts over 30 years.
Regardless, the 1c army here is pretending if they ruled Russia they'd allow NATO to use Ukraine as a proxy member with modern weapons. They're full of it.
