Biden will do bugger all. His declaration that in the event of an invasion there would be no military support for Ukraine was a green light for Russia to send in the tanks. He has handed the keys to the joint to Moscow and Beijing.
Xi Jinping now knows full well an invasion of Taiwan will be met by nothing but 'strong condemnation' and a few meaningless sanctions. This weakness has guaranteed there is more war coming in 2022.
