The Russian side was offering to withdraw it's troops and give back all the land they've occupied after Feb 2022. Which would have included Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Now Ukraine lost most of it. And is unlikely to get it back for a very long time. If at all.
Not after all the atrocities that the Ukrainian army has committed over there.
