I pointed out a fact ....you said it was completely wrong .....you were wrong AGAIN !!

THAT is why you should apologise .....a full third ....that russia have admitted to , much likely a lot more of the budget devoted to the war ...... the only part of ther russian economy going well is arms manufacture and that is costing them not making them money .

I don't really believe you are that dumb ....just that dishonest .
