Eventually that tussle between Biden + Senate with congress will get sorted one way or another and then we'll know the answer .


but russia are nothing like the power they were when they invaded .... they have basically used all their reserves and rely on their production now which can't keep pace with losses so the bar isn't set so high as it was for Ukraine to match russia....they only need gifts+ purchases + their own production to match rusisan production+ purchases .........and Ukraine will get planes next year which wil help .

this war isn't finshed yet , too many unknowns and by far the biggest is level of support ..... it was silly of that article writer in Time to write them off just now .
