If you haven't already worked it out I think it's a Mug's Game referencing or circulating stuff from people or sources you know nothing about....
But that doesn't stop a lot on HC as we see daily.

Maybe it's just a mild comprehension issue if you didn't pick up on the 'track record' aspect:
he has proven to be reliable over the past many months.
Past performance might just be indicative of future results.
As usual, no criticism about the content, just vague dismissal of someone who doesn't speak from a pro-Kyiv perspective. Bit of a waste of time.
