    "The irony here is that while Moscow has been demanding Nato move its forces further westwards, Putin's invasion of Ukraine has achieved the exact opposite."

    I assume that Russia doesn't want to annex Ukraine so Ukraine needs to remain neutral. They need a government that can implement neutrality while still trading with neighbouring countries and provide a good standard of living for it's people. Whether that scan be done by constitutional means I don't know. Eventually the whole world will have to go that way. Okay, that's far into the future.

    There's also the problem of reducing global proliferation of weapons and maybe a global monitoring system is needed. Maybe the UN could do the job. We just need some communication, ideas and planning.

    Hmm, how to get this past the oligarchs?
