russia got a bit of Finnish land ....but russian forces had to withdraw and Finland continued as a country . It's not a total vicotry or defeat for either although probably in balance I'd stil say Finland won .
Bit similar in Ukraine .
btw , who won the Korean war ? harder to answer ..... things aren't always that simple or that neat
the other part of the unknown would be European support for Ukraine ....although as I said ....i'd bet on a deal getting done in congress anyway ....reduced aid but significant is my guess
