True. Even the video I posted says in description that is was a Ukrainian tank.
It seems the most likely account I saw in the comments was Ukrainian tanks had recently moved up that road (heading away from camera). Maybe they took another road just before the Russians (there is a decent sized convoy in distance at end of clip). This explains why the soldiers standing on road weren't too concerned - they just assumed it was their Ukrainian tank returning.
