The Kremlin has said it will "very attentively" watch a meeting between Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelenskyy planned for today.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also said that "tens of billions of dollars" already provided by Washington to Kyiv had failed to turn the tide of war and further aid would similarly fail to do so.
He added that Mr Zelenskyy's authority was being undermined by the failures.

then there's the fact that this war has caused huge loss of markets and a doubling of the NATO border for ..... rather little .....this war was a huge mistake by russia at the very beginning - putins legacy .....russian dependance on China and military failure
