    “Most of the "annexations" you mention came as a result of Russian victory over imperialist Germany in WW2.

    No - only East Prussia and Klaipeda. Most were annexed following the signing of the non-aggression pact signed by Russia with NaziGermany in 1939 which had secret protocols dividing Eastern Europe. With East Prussia the Russians murdered many of the inhabitants and deported the rest to Germany and then imported Russians. But of course none of this is imperialism…….
