If it is spotted 100km away. the target has just 60 seconds to stop it, if it can even be detected flying at Mach 6. That info was from the military channel. and it is making the US reconsider the role of aircraft carriers.
Surely everybody knows by now the terrifying Satan 2's have been deployed and they make the minuteman US ICBMs look tame, if those old missiles even still work.
The Russian air defense systems are widely regarded as superior to the american systems.
Russia has several hypersonic missiles in service while the US equivalent is still in development. I feel sure the US is superior to Russia in other fields, but not in missile technology.
