Ukraine says 16 confirmed killed so far

Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin says "Russia continues its attacks on civilians" - noting that 97 people have also been injured, including two young children.

He adds that extensive damage includes residential buildings, schools and hospitals, and goes on to say:
