what you never really adjust to now is russia just doesn't advertise these things ......and russia certainly doesn't tell the truth during war time

naive to imagine you are going to able to tely on russian figures at present *..... the debt will be substantial and growing ....no-one knows except a few russ and that secret will be kept tight

oil price has dropped and they are budgeting 40% for the war next year .....that implies big debt ....and if the OP stays low likely to be more than 40% because that isn't what they budgeted for

* and anyone else doing sums can only handle what figures russia gives them
